Your Choix isn’t your standard shopping site, you deserve better than that.

That’s why we arrange the delivery to you, at no charge to you.


Once you have spoken with your stylist and given them the go ahead to send you a box of 5 items for you and your family, it could take 2 working days for them to select the products that they think you’ll like.

After that, we’ll arrange the shipping to you at an address that is convenient for you.

At the moment, we only trade in the UK – England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

That means unfortunately, we cannot deliver to Europe or the rest of the World. Sadly, for now, this also means we cannot deliver to the Republic of Ireland.

Once delivered, you have 14 days to try on and decide which items you want to keep and return back to Your Choix via Collect Plus.

Everything that you decide to send back, must be sent back in perfect condition, without damage and with all brand and swing tags still attached with the original kimble. Failure to comply may lead to additional charges applied to your debit/credit card details provided on the sign up to Yourchoix.com

How To Return For Free

You can use CollectPlus to return items from your Box to Your Choix. Download your pre-paid returns label at www.collectplus.co.uk/yourchoix – enter your order number and your email address on to the label, then print and attach the label to your parcel, covering up or removing any outbound delivery labels.

Drop off your parcel in your chosen store, where you will be given a receipt with a tracking code. You can track your parcel yourself at https://www.collectplus.co.uk/track/new.

There are over 7,000 CollectPlus stores, open from early in the morning until late in the evening, 7 days a week. It’s your choix which one you use.

Always  obtain and stick your returns label to your Box before taking it to a CollectPlus store. CollectPlus will not accept responsibility for any parcel handed into a store without a CollectPlus returns label, and that includes Your Choix Boxes.

You can return parcels with cabin baggage dimensions 60 x 50 x 50cm and up to 10kg using CollectPlus. This includes you’re Your Choix Box.

Alternatively, you can text COLLECT and your postcode o 84555 (e.g. COLLECT WD17 1HP). Texts from 84555 are free to receive. Texts to 84555 are charged at your standard network rate. Returns Policy

We operate a returns policy for unwanted and faulty goods. Should you need to return any item to us for any reason please contact us first by telephone or e-mail – details are at the bottom of this page.

Unwanted Goods

Please return goods unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund minus the shipping costs will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge.

Changing or cancelling an order

Cancelling your order. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received your order. To cancel your order please contact us in writing within 7 days.

Will any return costs be refunded?

You can return for free using our free collect plus service, if you decide to use a different service, then you are responsible for the costs.

We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will send a cheque to cover any refund costs.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3 working days for the refund to show on your card.
